Right Food For the Right Body
Many of us would want to learn the right combination of food for our body. We hear a lot and learn a lot from our surroundings on the choice of food we should intake. I would like to consolidate few of the techniques that become the right food for your body.
It is better to take in lot of water during the day time rather than during the night. Drink at least one glass of water before anything you eat after you wake up in the morning. Intake more fruits and vegetables, will lead to healthy life. Meat and dairy products should be limited or eliminated from your routine. Fruits should be your part of at least one meal of your day. Drinking less coffee or tea would add more value to your good health. Do not take in fried items often. It is better to eliminate oily foods. Olive oil for cooking is better towards low cholesterol when compared to the use of vegetable or corn oil. Practice eating after boiling than frying them a lot. Ghee, Butter, Cheese is items that add more cholesterol to your body. It forms lumps of fats and blocks the blood vessels pumping to heart and creates a heart block.
The nature comes up with variety of fruits and vegetables for the natural health of the human beings. We are ignoring the eternal benefits we get naturally and we are addicted to artificial food products that have undergone production after processing the natural food grains with additives and chemicals. It is better if we take in anything in its natural form since our human body is created to digest and react towards them from the origin of the world. We do not need to sacrifice anything to attain great health. We simply need to go back in time and follow 10 percent of the eating habits our ancestors used to follow.
